Elizabeth Flynn

Founder, Creative Director

About

A die-hard creative and activist, Elizabeth Flynn has been a bartender, waitress, brand representative, writer, mural painter, installation artist, bon vivant, and seamstress for the band. By mixing her many pursuits and experiences from creative writing, to working in the entertainment industry, to video production, to studies in fine art and philosophy, Elizabeth used unexpected resources to build a successful career in digital marketing for companies and personal brands.

In 2011, Elizabeth resolved to focus her creative talents towards pursuing a digital marketing career. She realized that her unconventional background could be tweaked and applied to amplify her clients’ voices through strong narratives, bold images, unique strategies, and design thinking.

In 2012 Elizabeth began servicing businesses with web design, social media presence, SEO, email marketing, creative content production, branding, and digital strategy. She was able to quickly develop a client base with a strong niche in serving the real estate community in Philadelphia.

Elizabeth became the Creative Director of Digital Integrity Group in November of 2019. Along with her team members, she is helping to build a progressive agency built on the core values of ethical marketing, inclusive hiring practices, delivering world-class work to clients, and building an exciting company culture. DIG is investor-backed, female-led, and growing quickly.

In her downtime, Elizabeth focuses on her family in Pitman NJ, where she lives with her partner, David, their 9 year old son, Liam, and their kitten Spencer. Elizabeth is also a founding member of Creative Pitman, a local arts organization dedicated to building an artist census in Pitman, NJ, and bringing in grants and funding for public arts programs, community outreach and events.

Elizabeth is deeply committed to progressive causes, and donates time, money, and resources to help protect human rights. She is usually found gardening, reading, and mostly just trying not to eat all her son’s cookies.

Elizabeth is an artist and an activist, an outspoken, dynamic, creative professional with multi-disciplinary talents, team leadership expertise, deep technical ability, and an unparalleled talent to adapt quickly to ever changing platforms and vehicles. She is a life-long learner and embodies the true essence of the Philly hustle.
